We support over 200 clients, ranging from theatres and sporting venues, festival and event organisers, visitor attractions, airport parking operators and concert promoters.

Our support team is made up of individuals who have many years of practical ticketing and marketing experience in operational and managerial capacities within Theatre, Arts, Sports, Car Parking and live events.
When contacting us by email your query will be logged in our support log system and you will receive an email containing your unique support log number.

Online Help Text
The online help text contains information about all aspects of the ticketing solutions software. If you need to access the help text main menu, click on the help text icon in the top right hand corner of the Management Interface. If you wish to view specific help text for the page you are viewing, you can click the help text icon, at the top of the screen.
Step by Step Guides
If you need a more in-depth explanation than the help text provides, you can use one of our step by step guides. These have been created by our Customer Support Team to guide you through the most frequent tasks. The step by step guides are available as downloadable pdf files from the online help text in the Management Interface.
Free Weekly Online Training Sessions
Each Thursday at midday a 30 minute training session is run by one of our Customer Support Team, via a web meeting and conference call. To see a list of the current training session topics click here.
